Don't expect your order to arrive next day - read the small print

Read the small print re. next day delivery. Orders placed after a certain time will not be delivered next day nor will they if the order is placed before non-working days. Holiday times (Christmas or Easter) are worse.

I placed an order on Boxing Day at 23.00. It wasn't despatched until 29 Dec and wasn't delivered until 2 Jan
