poor customer service

Got a parcel from them where instead of gift set I found only 1 item. Contacted customer service, very rude was told to send back. Tried to explain that I want 2 misses items, did not help.
Agreed to send back, got an email RETURN AT YOUR LOCAL COLLECT+ STORE

We have emailed a pre-paid Collect+ returns label to you separately. Simply attach this label to the front of the parcel and drop it off at your nearest Collect+ store. This is a tracked service, and you will be able to track progress by entering your Collect+ tracking code at
BUT NOR LABEL at all sent or attached. On site collect+ lookfantastic is not an option. What to do?
