I was travelling with family members and in total we had 3 cars. We all booked on line & were all able to book the same arrival time (6am). We rang when we were 20 minutes away as the email confirmation advised us to do & was met with an abrupt person at the other end of the phone. We then followed the signs for 'passenger pick up point' as the email confirmation instructed. We drive round & round before I rang to query this where I was again met with an abrupt person who said 'go to the passenger drop off point'! Whilst this makes sense it is NOT what the email had said to do. All 3 cars arrived within minutes of each other & we waited & waited & waited some more before 1 person arrived to pick up the 3 cars! 'I'll come back for the next car' he said and off he went. 30 minutes passed (and more phone calls to see when the 2 other cars were being picked up) before he returned to collect the 2nd car and was a total of 1 hour & 20 minutes before all 3 cars had been collected! Thankfully we had decided to book in for 6am to allow time to have breakfast and a wonder around the shops but due to it taking this amount of time for 1 person to collect 3 cars we only just managed to make our flight! If they only have 1 person available for the collection they SHOULD NOT allow for more than 1 car to book the same time online!!! Absolutely appalling service and most definitely will NOT use them again or recommend them!!!
