Great service

My only complaint is the high cost of shipping, as well as the lack of choice in shipping method. For example, clicking on the shipping estimate box gives an option for cost to a PO box. I have seen where sometimes the PO box rate is LESS than the forced option of UPS/FEDex. Right now, my biggest gripe is that the FedEx service they used the first time was the slowest FedEx service I have ever seen, and my second order hasn't shipped when I placed it early on a Wednesday, and now it's the weekend.
