I booked a ferry recently and had a few issues on a small-screened laptop. I did the whole booking ok, then failed at the last hurdle. The very last question, which is just a tick-box about what will appear on the receipt - which is not really a worry - has to be ticked yes. I missed this and got an error message with an OK, which I ticked. I assumed that this was the end of the job and proceeded to make the next booking. I did this by leaving the site, as my small screen didn't show the options at the bottom of the page. I then did the second booking correctly and was not sure then whether I had successfully done the first booking. Then I had to email to check. The email bounced on a bad address etc etc.......... ps I am over 50! (but I suspect most customers are too).
