Incorrect Item, but all sorted

I ordered a coat from this company recently, only for wrong size to turn up. Frustratingly I had to return it, but I have to say, customer service and having the whole matter sorted out and credited has been second to none. Polite telephone operative and ringing back when they actually say (which I think is important, all too frequently this never happens). It was one of those errors that just happen, however it will not deter me from ordering from this company again. Thanks.
