Tried calling for last 3 weeks, extremely fed up and will not be recommending your Zavvi to anyone again. I wish to receive my goods but I feel that compensation should now be issued not only for the the inconvenience & time lost on phone calls and costings which should not have been an issue but due to the fact that my partner did not receive her gifts for xmas day which has been the most upsetting of all. It is not lost as DPD use the same system we use at royal mail, the minute that parcel has been collected it is scanned & is trackable all the way, i find this extremely frustrating on top of which they failed to attempt to call me back after i had tried for 2 days to chase the parcels and holding for 40 mins, they should have reissued them that day via special delivery royal mail in order to resolve my complaint, yet again they have failed as i had previous problems with this company,i wll never use again and im seeking advice from trading standards and consumer watchdog the word thieves spring to mind
