Hi everyone and a happy new year!
I had a problem with a new Onkyo TX-SR313 (the RCA Active Sub out was not working). I phoned Audio Affair and eventually agreed (because I had not reported the fault out of the box within 30 days) to get a part refund. Ok I've taken a bit of a hit, but from thier point of view, the Amp is part used.
I have now gone elsewhere, not because of bad service, but Richer Sounds in Southampton are easier to get to / from where I live. Ended up with a Pioneer VSX 922.
