A good experience

I have been a satisfied customer with Ebuyer for years, and was a bit disappointed to see the many critical reviews that they now attract.

I recently ordered an assortment of goods from the website and was pleased with both the rapidity of delivery (goods came in two seperate parcels, one via Parcel Force, and the other via Initial) and the quality of the goods. So, for me, no problems.

I got the feeling that the website was not nearly as good as it used to be. One of my purchases was a photo bag, and the site did not even quote dimensions! This is ridiculous, and I was forced to resort to Amazon for details, whilst eventually ordering from Ebuyer, who offered a better price!

Great price, good service

I ordered from SLRhut with some trepidation since although their prices are about the best around, they had some stinking write ups on the review sites.
I was very pleased with the service I received, and my Canon SX50 reached me in about a week from New York. Everything was as expected, including the "freebies" which were welcome, especially so, given the keen price that the camera was being offered at.
My only very minor criticism (which didn't worry me, but might some people) is that the charger has a fold-out US type two prong plug. (This fits shaver points, so could be a potential benefit when travelling.)
