Good products - chaotic service. customer services with an attitude! Bit surprising. If it were my business, I'd want to be as helpful as possible to get repeat business?

Items were purchased 16 days before christmas. still not arrived and it's January 6th.

Can get most of the products on the website elsewhere. so probably will not bother with Chemical website again.
