I ordered a Blackberry Torch 9810 (unlocked) on 7th December 2012, the phone arrived on 22nd December. Excited, I inserted my O2 SIM but it asked for MEP code indicating that the phone was locked. I tried endlessly to contact the telephone number that is given on the Web site but it just ring and rings with no reply. I then went on the Web site and selected the 'Contact us' and entered all the details and the problem that the phone is LOCKED, but I got no response. Finally after few days I just let the phone ring and after about what seemed like 10minutes someone with American Accent answered and apologised for the error and that the mail had gone answered because of another trainee Agent. I was asked to go back to the WEb site and complete the Returns tab, which I did. Again a week went by and nothing. I have again sent an email using the 'contact us' tab on Web site. I have a phone that I paid £280 for that I can't use. I think it's a dreadful service, poor communication, lousy products, broken promises. AVOID PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
