Towel rail ordered and arrived on requested date, with tracking updates in between. Unfortunately the electric element was missing, but 1 email and phone call fixed this and element arrived the next working day........great service and many apologies for the "oversight". Towel rail now fitted and the high output element and design of the towel rail has heated up the bathroom in no time. All in all great customer service and product.
