Music magpie is by far the worst company I have ever had the unfortunate oportunity to deal with!!! Their customer service is shocking at best!!!
I send my device to them for an 'apparent' fault to be detected, after I confronted them about this issue they processed my item and insured me I would receive my payment I then accepted the offer and authorised my detailed for the payment to be processed after waiting for over a week with no money to enter my account I contacted them regarding my issue to then receive the original generic email saying they had discovered a fault to which I emailed twice with no reply explaining the situation and ask to be contacted. I am still waiting for this to happen!!!
I will not nor will any of my friends and family use this company ever again and I will and have told people about the way I have been treated and music magpies total lack of professionalism.
