Good although not returns procedure was confusing

I ordered my item and it was delivered without a problem. (5 stars for this part)
However, I had ordered the wrong size (my fault). The returns procedure was confusing and obviously some mistakes were made. I had a phone call from a driver expecting to collect my item from Potters Bar when I live in Wolverhampton.
However, ultimately everything was sorted out and the experience not bad.

A genuine mistake and I would recommend this company.
