Still waiting for a Christmas gift (Samsung tab 2) bought on 17th Dec 2012. They failed to deliver it by 3rd of January and when I returned to work and requested that they send it to my work address, they have refused to do so unless I provide them with a utility bill showing that my office is my residence which it isn't and my order has now been on hold despite an email saying that they will still deliver it to my address even if there is no one home to receive it.
There should be a law against such companies who hold orders long after the advised delivery date. They should also pay interest on the weeks they have held the money and prevented you from getting it elsewhere and any other costs incurred due to choosing to buy from them. AVOID VALUEBASKET! You have been warned.

To clarify our request and any misunderstandings, we actually just needed a utility bill for your billing address and not your office just so we could ensure that the request was authorized by the purchaser (with the billing address in this case being your home address and not the office address).
With that said, we will go ahead and ship the order to your office as we confirmed earlier by email. Hope this helps.
