The service from ordering to delivery and fitting was first rate. I needed pet friendly sensors and contacted the service team to order these. I was advised to contact the engineer who would be fitting the alarm as I could trade the normal sensors, which were included, for the pet friendly ones. This cost £10 per sensor instead of paying £30 per sensor by ordering up front and did not leave me with 3 nomal sensors which I could not use. The engineer arrived at the time specified, following a telephone call to ensure I was in, and immediately asked where I wanted the sensors and then advised me on why one of my placement ideas would not be suitable. I thought this was an excellent approach as it allowed me to have some say in the location of my alarm sensors without compromising the security of my house. A full explanation of the alarm system, including how to change batteries, was given before the engineer left and a booklet explaining the processes was left. I would recommend anyone considering an alarm system to seriously look at the service offered by this company.
