Hi Chris,

Apologies for the delay on your order, as you will see from other feedback this is very rare. Over the Christmas period we did have some courier problems. We have limited postal collections and due to the high volume of post over Christmas our couriers and Royal mail were stretched and not working to usual time scales. All delivery times are now back as normal.
