Really, really bad customer service

I have only put one star as it would not allow me to put 0!!

I originally ordered samples, which never showed up. I then decided just to guess the colour & placed an order. I then phoned to check if they could email me something & was told that they can put the order on hold (which wouldn't charge my card) & said they would send the samples.
I received my bill today stating that the card was chrged & I still had not received the samples! I phoned up & was told that the card was indeed charged, but that I never would have been told that I wouldn't be charged. They claimed to have sent the samples, but I have never received them! The man on the line was rude, unhelpful & had really bad customer service! Mate, if you find your life is shit because you answer calls about blinds all day, then get a different job!

Pathetic customer service, I hope this business goes into administration, based on the other bad reviews & the poor way they treat people who were willing to pay them money, you will all lose your jobs soon & I will be smiling about this.

Thanks to you another company has got our business.
