very fast processing, but wrong size of cable, no answer aftwards

I ordered a 3.5mm Right Angle Male Jack to Jack Stereo Audio Cable 0.5m 50cm + other cable (= small order).
I got a 1 meter instead (use it in the car).....Mailed them about it, no answer!!!

I now see, the 0,5 m. cable is vanished in the shop! They will have read my mail, deleted the item, but didn't send a new one....
