I purchased an amp and set of speakers, no problems ordering and info on their site makes it very clear what you are getting (e.g. no cables for the speakers unless you add them which I expected but could catch people out). Received a followup call to arrange delivery and double check there wasn't anything about the order I wasn't sure about (e.g. is it definitely going to fit!) or any questions about the kit.
Delivery all ok, nothing really to say about that.
Also sent with the amp was a 'quickstart' guide from Creative Audio, which was well put together and easy to follow without having to skip around sections in the full manual, a nice extra to have included.
Unfortunately the sub was doa, everything else was fine. Arranging the replacement was much better than expected - the after-sales support was friendly, helpful and apologetic about the inconvenience instead of the usual indifference and making you feel like you're inconveniencing *them* for trying to return something.
A convenient day for delivery of the replacement and pick up of the dead sub was arranged (note: *swapout*, rather than the usual send back the faulty and wait a few days before being sent another one)
Everything is now working perfectly!
The extra checks when ordering and additional setup guide may sound patronising, but it didn't come across that way and in my opinion added to the feeling of getting good customer service, reinforced by actually getting good customer service to replace the sub.
