Great product but not such great postage!

I ordered a barbour jacket, and its exactly what I wanted so no complaints there :)
Not so sure about the courrier they use, I chose 24-48hr delivery as I was going away at the end of the week and wanted to make sure it would arrive before then, and received an email to say it had been dispatched on the monday. Tuesday was new years day so I didn't expect it to arrive then, but surely wednesday? but no, it didn't make an appearance till friday afternoon. Bit disappointed I paid the extra money for fast delivery!
