StressFreeParking - Meet and Greet

Would have been handy if you had answered the phone!

We called three times on the way to the airport, it went to answer phone where I left a message saying what time we would arrive and contact details. No one answered the phone. We had already arrived at the airport and still no answer. After a further ten minutes someone eventually bothered to answer and said we should have called 20 minutes beforehand!!!! We explained we had called three times and the person said "oh yes, I see I have three missed calls", pretty hopeless. On our return they were 5 minutes late (waited 25 mins) when they told us they would be 15 mins. I would never use this company again, it is not "Stressfreeparking", it was stressful to keep on phoning all the time and then thinking where we were going to park if you did not answer the phone!

I'm sorry to hear you had trouble getting through to Air Parking's chauffeur hotline. As the booking agent for this company, we have not been made aware of any problems they have been experiencing with their phone lines. I have contacted the manager at Air Parking and hope to have an explanation regarding these issues with 3 – 5 working days and will contact you as soon as possible.
