Easy to use and speedy

I had heard that FitFlops where supposed to be great and I was looking for a comfortable pair of boots.

I am usually a 5.5, but an American website had said that their boots were generous, and I had used the cut out foot sizer and decided to go for a size 5 - Wrong! So I received them, realised that they weren't right and sent them straight back.

I had my new boots in a size 6, within 7 days and that included a Bank Holiday. Excellent service and made returns so easy.
