Quick but refund return needed chasing

Order dispatched quickly but one item faulty. Pick up was easily arranged through customer services but the refund for the item had to be chased even though they had received my item back n the warehouse.

Hi Dixie, I'm sorry to hear about this faulty item and the delay you encountered in receiving your refund. Refunds are normally processed within 48 hours of us having received the items back, though this can take slightly longer around the busy festive period and so in this instance you must have been unfortunate.
