shocking !

my order was delivered but amp was broken they sent new 1 out but now without jack leads so as for a xmas present its 6th jan and still cant use it SHOCKING!

Dear Mr Cullinane,

I am very sorry that your first amplifier was faulty, our products are usually very reliable and rarely develop a fault. We did send you a replacement out as soon as you called us and we also arranged a free of charge courier collection to return the item back to us. Unfortunately we did not think that you would have decided to send your cable back with the faulty amplifier as there was no fault reported with the cable. If we had known then we would have included a replacement cable with your new amplifier.

Once again, I am very sorry that this took too long to resolve. I hope that the guitar that you purchased is still proving excellent value for money and I hope you were impressed with our next day delivery service.
