Nobody wants to receive a broken lightbulb, right? With the Light Bulb Company, I never have. You want your courier instructions followed and your package put where you asked when you are out? Sorted. You want a quick response to queries? A matter of hours during working days. The only quirk is that G9 bulb adapters are cheaper (and come with a G9 bulb) than the bulbs on their own. Very strange!
