Ordered a dining table online end November for £284.99.
Weeks of errors and delays with payment processing and delivery.
Eventually received the table, assembled it and found it to be damaged in several ways.
Like others, we were given excuses that this is a manufacturing problem.
We tried to get them to dleiver a decent tabel in time for family Chirstmas. No result.
We are now demanding a refund under the Sale of Goods Act 1979. We;ve also comlained to Trading Standards.
Amazed they're getting away with this. We all need to put pressure on Newcastle Trading Standards to stop them,
