Usability of site, brilliant! Delivery time and transparency of last delivery date, appalling!

I found the site incredibly easy to use, and was impressed by the ease and speed of processing. I was lead to believe that the last order date was the 19th December, but apparently because I opted for Matt pages, I'd missed the last order date of the 14th! At no point were there any flags to tell me this, as I would have opted for gloss pages had I known! Having ordered on the 17th, it finally arrived 4th Jan?!?! Which has really put me off using the site again.
