Easy to use, best rates for transfer/exchange, quick transfer. Would use again.

After checking on reviews of companies sending money overseas I settled on this one as it appeared to offer the best rates/charges etc and also had good reviews.
On the first attempt at transferring the money I gave them the wrong bank number (had misunderstood 2's for z's). After a week they came back to me and told me this; I had been checking with my daughter every other day to see if it had arrived and keeping the company informed.
Once the mistake had been rectified the money reached her account within 3 days and as this was Christmas week I was very impressed!
They also asked that my daughter check she had not been charged anything at the NZ end as they had used a different route from the normal to send it, (They guarantee no charges at the recipient's end) and said that if so they would refund her the charges.
Very pleased with the service and would use again.
