Go-Electrical

started well finished poorly

Quick contact explaining that item out of stock and would I wait or want refund.Said I'd wait and item arrived quicker than estimated.
Problem started when product went wrong after only one use and within 3 days of arrival. Contacted go-electrical who told me it was a repair and i would have to get in touch with the manufacturer's myself. This then took a further 5 phone calls and 6 weeks to resolve.
go-electrical are the supplier and should have owned responsibility for the problems them themselves despite their statement that any returns will be seen as a repair if they are to offer good service to their customers.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused by this matter. Some manufactures require a report from a certified engineer confirming the fault in writing before a refund or replacement can be issued. We aim to resolve all issues are efficiently as possible, whether that includes sending the item back to the manufacturer for an engineer’s inspection or inspecting the item at our premises.
