Quick contact explaining that item out of stock and would I wait or want refund.Said I'd wait and item arrived quicker than estimated.
Problem started when product went wrong after only one use and within 3 days of arrival. Contacted go-electrical who told me it was a repair and i would have to get in touch with the manufacturer's myself. This then took a further 5 phone calls and 6 weeks to resolve.
go-electrical are the supplier and should have owned responsibility for the problems them themselves despite their statement that any returns will be seen as a repair if they are to offer good service to their customers.
