StressFreeParking - Meet and Greet

Nothing but stressfull parking! I will never use this again!

We decided as it was Christmas to pay the extra for a meet and greet service and start our holiday stressfree.
We arrived at the airport terminal as was instructed in our booking confirmation having given the 20 minutes advance warning of when we would be arriving. We waited at the terminal for more than 20 minutes when we decided to call and ask when our car would be collected. A very rude man answered the phone who said they would be there in 5 minutes. 10 minutes later still nothing so we called again, the rude man gave the same response. 10 minutes after that we called again however there was no answer on the phone so we kept calling and calling, and by this point we were stressing as we obviously had a flight to catch. Eventually the rude man answered the phone but then said he would be there in 15 minutes. Eventually a man turned up 1 hour later than scheduled despite us giving the required 20 minute warning, however he had no ID, no paper work or anything to prove he worked for this company. We were very worried about giving our car to this random stranger who could not prove he was meant to collect our car. Having spent ages on the phone trying to confirm he did work for this company and he was not just a car thief we left the car with him. A very stressful start to our holiday!
On return to the airport, when we landed and went through customs, we called the company again giving them the required 20 minute warning to say we have arrived and would like to have our car back. They confirmed where it would be and so we started making our way to the car. We had no luggage to collect so 20 minutes to get there seemed enough time. 5 minutes later a rude man was calling to say the car was ready and so I explained that we are making our way to collect it. 5 minutes later, another call saying if we don't collect the car in 5 minutes they will take it back. This made me very angry because it had only been 10 minutes since my initial call and also on our drop-off we had to wait 1 hour for them to collect it and now they weren't even willing to wait the required time! We made it to the car within the 20 minutes and collected the car but again a very stressful arrival and one that I will not repeat.
This company should not be operating it has the worse customer service and completely does not justify the premium for meet and greet service. Had we gone to a normal parking where you take the shuttle bus to and from the airport it would have been quicker and easier. My advice is do not use this company!

Please accept our apologies for the issues you have raised against Gatwick Sky One. This is completely unacceptable to us and is currently being investigated by the manager at Sky One. As a consequence, this vendor has been removed from sale until further notice. I will contact you direct as soon as they have concluded their investigation.
