Good delivery, but goods slightly damaged.
The delivery was on time and as per description, but it had been slightly damaged during transportation. Goods need to be wrapped up more carefully.

During December we started shipping all our Loake Valet boxes with two layers of corrugated cardboard along with corner protectors. Unfortunately despite even the best protection some damage can occur during transit. However, ensuring that the goods arrive to you undamaged is our responsibility - one which we take very seriously.
