I'm NEVER going to use this company again.

I have been buying products trough net earlier. Delivery time has been 2-3 days. With SimpleElectronics I got product (1000€ camera) within 1 month. It was "only" 1 month because I threatening to cancel my order if I don't get delivery information.
Obviously camera was broken. It took long to get all needed information RME/return address.
After 6 months (there was a 2 months delay because of me.I did'n have time to look after this case all the time) I got a repaired product back.
Camera was a birthday present for my wife. Birthday was at the end of July and she got camera at the beginning of January this year.
Based on SimpleElectronics policy, I needed to pay for delivery to get brand new camera repaired??.......
