Prompt Delivery. But item Badly Broken

I recently ordered a Candle Bridge from Festive Lights. It was very reasonably priced and delivery arrived exactly on time (am New Years Eve). . Sadly when I opened the outer box, which was far too big for the inner container I could hear items tumbling around. On closer examination the inner box contained the item ordered but it was broken into three pieces. As the Bridge was a surprise present for friends who had invited me to their house for the New Year I was really upset and disappointed. Having returned it by post, I am waiting for a reund to my credt card account.
