I had a problem with a battery I'd bought through Tayna as the manufacturer's warranty was pretty much worthless - the manufacturer just didn't want to know.

Although the warranty was not with them, Tayna provided a replacement, different-brand battery free of charge, turning a frustrating experience into a huge relief.

I've bought several bits from Tayna over the years and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. It's not worth potentially saving a couple of quid to order from another supplier - and Tayna's prices are generally highly competitive anyway.
