I have tried calling the customer services, over 15 minutes passes before the line is automatically dropped without answer. I have called this morning 3 times without success of getting through! My order was placed on 31st December and I am still awaiting confirmation that it has been shipped. Not a pleasant experience at all

I can only repeat what I wrote in the previous review:
I see that your review was written on the Monday 7th January. If you tried to phone and did not reach us, I can only apologise that we did not get to your call as we had several hundred calls and support tickets from other customers that day.
If you were not able to reach us, I would encourage you to contact our customer service again by phone today and we would be more than happy to help!
