disappointing - only this time

I have been always buying wowcher stuff, and so far great experience, apart from one bad experience I had with [External reference removed].. wowcher should carefully choose their suppliers.. I bought the make up voucher , redeemed , made an appointment and went all the way to Holland Park, but guess? they didn't even open the door for us.. There were four of us waiting outside, rang the number about 20 times and finally someone picked up to say they wont open the door as class were started at 6 pm despite us waiting outside since 5.30 and then hung up the phone.
( they booked everyone for 6.3 pm though). I emailed the Institute to request a refund and it has been two weeks and haven't had a single response, they haven't even bothered to acknowledge any kind of error from their part. Lady who said she cant let us in, said she will contact their head office and we all will get a refund, but DOESN'T SEEM SO.
I left work early to get there, my job money, wowcher money , travel money and time all wasted.
I request wowcher to contact them for a refund or I might take further actions, as no one is expected to treated this way.
Apart from above experience, I would give wowcher 5 stars for their products and services.
