Unreliable

Bought a mattress online, with next day delivery which was Friday. Joke ! It did not come. Rang the customer service line and complained, was told to email, so I did, they replied saying they cannot do anything till Monday. Still nothing. Rang the customer service line again on Monday,surprise, No answer. Still waiting. Anyone thinking of using this company. Please don't as they are unreliable and not helpful in the slightest. I'm worried that I may not receive my goods at all. I do not rate this company. Will never use them again
