I attempted to do a few changes via the customer services by phone and to tell you the truth i was nearly pulling my hair out.I added a phone on to the policy and the customer service department didn't put the full cover on to the policy.I tried a few times to renew on the phone and couldn't. I eventually got an email to renew without the added phones on the policy so I had to add them on again but the website is pretty good
