Initially a poor review but amended after a good resolution from the manager.

I received the worst service I have ever had from any company I have ever dealt with! I placed 2 orders within 10 minutes of each other. The second order came, I am still awaiting the first! I e mailed to complain and didn't receive a valid response. I called and the member of staff was quite offhand and disinterested, I was promised a callback from a manager.....it never came! I am awaiting a call from a manager again - I won't hold my breath. I will never deal with this company again!! I am disgusted!!
I have subsequently had a call from the manager Tommy who was great. He apologised and offered to send my order as next day delivery as it must be lost in the post. The first package I received arrived promptly and was well packaged in a tamper proof bag. Tommy has restored my faith in argento so I would order again in the future.
