Thank you Taunton Leisure you really impressed me with your customer support.
I placed my order on line and after everything had gone through I realised that my delivery address was set to my old house, I tried to amend it but when the email came in confirming my order I noticed it still hadn't been changed. I tried ringing them but as it was late on Saturday their office was closed so out of desperation I sent a reply email back from their conformation email - not really expecting to get anywhere. But how wrong was I the following morning (Sunday) I got an email stating that my delivery address had been changed on my order, the item arrived a few days later. Thank you Taunton Leisure.

Delivery prompt but item was presented in a less than satisfactory box!!
I ordered two pairs of 'Wellie Socks' both came and both were ok, however I had to take them out of the box to wrap them as one pair was in a box that had seen better days! It looked like they had been hanging around in a storage unit for many a year.
The company sent out the goods promptly and therefore I have no issues with them, I just wish they took more care with their stock at their end.
