I found the jacket I missed in our local boutique, was able to actually speak to a real person when I had a problem on the website (forgot the blooming verify by visa password and had to switch to paying by paypal via an extremely slow computer) and so was able to complete the purchase of the Viv Westwood coat I had been searching high and low for. I can't stress how valuable it is to be able to get someone on the phone when technology sends you round in circles. And I do like a sort of edited, boutique-y site - more personal, less like a giant warehouse.
