I tried ordering an item on line, but when entering the postcode to find the address the address finder didn't work and also the payment section had an error and it wouldn't go any further, then in the back ground there was an Chat page and it said I'm authorised to offer free Express delivery at the end of the chat I thought brilliant even better, but the link didn't work either so I'm now waiting 7-9 days for FOC postage. Well done WAE+ the website didn't help.
Hi I was very pleased with my purchase back in July of the X50 13 cm Santoku and so I decided to order the 8 piece kit as a Christams present to myself. The price was right and I like the qualtiy of the knives. The only problem I had was the knife block had some damage, of which wasn't a problem for the Customers services team to change the following day.
