I've previously had two other canvases from orbit print both of which I absolutely love so I had no hesitation in ordering a canvas as a Xmas gift for my mum. However I ordered a square canvas to match my previous order but made the mistake of using a portrait shot for the picture. The canvas has arrived and the bottom third of the picture is just completely chopped off. While I appreciate it is my fault for trying to fit a portrait onto a square I think had orbit taken a little more care this could easily have been avoided. 1. The photo has trees and greenery at the top with a picture of a couple on their wedding day underneath, common sense would tell me that if you're chopping a bit off chop the top off in this instance! Or 2. It would have been nice to have received a call, mail or standard pop up telling me the problem and giving me the choice of chopping off or changing canvas shape. As it goes my mum is now left with a canvas that almost has more tree than bride! Disappointing after such fab canvases before - beware it would seem that you are on our own in getting it right!
