My wife and I had a flight SVO-AMS KL 3182 last Friday and we were unable to check-in online neither on KLM web site or at Sheremetyevo airport self check-in machines. We had to spent one hour waiting at a check-in desk and were given separated seats at the end.
We will definitely think twice before flying KLM again.
