Great guitar, great delivery and great service.

Really pleased with the service from Rich Tone. I was searching for a "discontinued" Gibson guitar and found a number at various online retailers. Despite other websites displaying stock, further enquiry resulted in only an offer to "order". Rich Tone however showed one in stock and as soon as I ordered it updated online to out-of -stock. The Free Delivery by UPS was a breeze - I was out when they called so they simply posted through a card to say they would try again tomorrow and they did. Great service too - as this was a christmas present then I emailed them to advise that I would not be able to inspect until after Christmas (some 2 weeks) - no problem came the prompt customer service reply. Finally and I think it worth adding those photos of each guitar really give you confidence in what you are buying (not just the stock photos there)
