My name is André Carita, I'm from Portugal and I had been a very regular costumer in 2012. But now I'm starting to get a little disappointing with your overall service. I had a very bad experience with my last order (number: 24014557). When I first tried TheHut.com I was very pleased because the service was good, the delivery very fast and the ports were free. Now, one year later, the service is bad, the help contacts doesn't give the costumers any replies and the ports aren't free anymore. My last order I send two messages regarding the delay of the delivery (I've ordered December 13th and just received today, January 7th) and didn't receive any answer from you. Right now, and if you guys don't improve this awful service experience I'm not going to shop anymore on your site because there are others sites and stores with better offers and services.
