I realised minutes after placing an order that I had ordered several items in error. However even though it was Sunday and I went to my orders web page within 5mins there was not option to partially or wholly cancel an order so It could reorder the items I wanted. This has now caused me additional time and money to send back the items and no doubt wasted Kenable's time and put unecessary load on the postal system.
