I ordered about 3 weeks ago some terracota bark chipping 12 bags in total.I paid in full and my order was accepted. However on the morning of the delivery,I received a phone call to say they only had 6 bags! They assured me there would be a delivery coming in any day so I thought ok I will accept the 6 and wait for the remainder. When they arrived one bag was torn open some of the contents missing and leaves inside.After a discussion with long Acres they said they would add an extra bag free of charge. Well the next delivery was due on jan the 24th I waited till 2pm and nothing happened,so I rand them again,only to be told that the expected delivery hadn't happened and I would not get them that day. Thankyou longacres for letting me know!!!! I'm still waiting,and have to say the customer service has not been at all good.how you can accept payment in full on line,and have no idea of stock avaliable is beyond me.
