Product was as good as promised

We bought bunk beds for the grand-children. They were solid and well made. I had no problems with assembly and are pleased with the end product.

We tracked delivery on the internet and the product arrived on the due date. The delivery lady was very pleasant and helpful. My only criticism was that the back of the delivery van had no organisation and goods were all over the place on the floor. The packaging on our delivery was damaged but fortunately the product wasn't, though the delivery lady had resealed one large box - we were lucky!!
